**The Opportunity**:
These roles will see you communicate proactively with stakeholders about inflight projects and system upgrades and product enhancements. As such your strong customer service and communication skills will ensure that the solutions delivered meet the defined business and client objectives. You are passionate about continuous improvement, developing a QA mindset across the SDLC as these will be in ensuring outstanding levels of quality.

This is a permanent role, based in Newcastle that allows for a hybrid working model (currently 3 days in the office and 2 working from home).

**Skills and Experience**:
Essential
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Test Analyst, with knowledge of best practice
- Experience with test automation, including the development of web, API and mobile automated test scenarios which integrate with CI/CD
- In depth understanding of test methodologies and system development lifecycle in agile environments
- Collaborate with the team to understand acceptance criteria and create appropriate test cases
- Ability to extract and manage data and complete reporting requirements (progress, quality and trends) using test management systems
- A team player capable of working with both technical and business stakeholders
- Mentor developers on test automation strategies and techniques by helping teams adopt a quality mindset throughout the delivery lifecycle
- Self-starter with strong time management skills with ability to meet competing priorities and deadlines

Desirable
- ISTQB certification (or equivalent)
