**_MJD Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with this outstanding National law firm in their search for a skilled HR Adviser to join their incredibly dynamic team. Based in the stunning Brisbane offices the role will be full-time entailing an initial 18-month contract._**

**_drive the national recruitment strategies_**:

- _and deliver first-rate service to all. The role is high collaborative and is
- Collaborating with recruitment professionals, Partners, and management discussing recruitment activities and strategies, initiating and managing this process effectively.
- Overseeing budgets, market conditions and the business needs, and reviewing the recruitment strategies in place ensuring efficiency with all processes.
- Driving the Graduate and Law Clerk recruitment initiatives, managing the learning and development programs, rotations and check-ins related to this.
- Providing HR support to employees and maintaining a positive employee experience for all, addressing issues effectively.
- Assisting the HR Manager with management in broader HR operations across the Brisbane office.
- Supervising the relief Legal Assistant and Corporate Reception teams.

This well rounded position requires expertise in the HR field, so the successful applicant will have
**_5+years of experience in Human Resources,_** and will have
**_worked across recruitment within the legal or professional services industry._**:

- _An excellent understanding of recruitment and onboarding processes is essential for the position, with
**_exceptional communication_** skills being a vital part of this. A passion for providing first-rate client service to both internal and external stakeholders is a must, alongside a willingness to pivot and adapt in the position for engagements such as L&D activities, which may fall outside of normal business hours.
