The organisation

This national service-based organisation enjoys on-going success, stability and growth. They are extremely customer service focussed and achieve great results at a local level. Due to recent movement within the team, the opportunity now exists for an experienced HR Business Partner to provide strategic & operational support to their client group.

The role

Working within a broader HR team, you will support your client group with further embedding cyclical HR initiatives to support the growth of the business.

You will be involved in all facets of HR generalist duties including developing strategic plans for your client group including workforce & succession planning and remuneration and benefits structures in line with the broader people strategy;
You will work to coach and advise management to support their teams;
You will work with key stakeholders in the business to deliver on robust HR strategies within a large and complex organisation; and

You will lead and implement HR projects including system implementation in line with the broader people strategy.

About you

You will be a pragmatic, engaging and personable HR Business Partner with demonstrated experience owning the end to end employee lifecycle of your own client group. To be successful in this role, you will:
Be degree qualified in HR or other relevant area;
Have worked at both an operational and strategic level in a HRBP role;
Have worked in a large complex organisation supporting different divisions;
Have a commercial yet personable approach; and

Professional services industry experience will be highly regarded.
