Due to growth, we’re currently seeking a highly motivated
**Regional Support Administrator **with a strong passion for providing high quality support to both internal and external stakeholders to join our client’s team. Within this role, you will be responsible for administration support, assisting service teams across regional NSW/VIC, and providing the highest level of service to internal and external stakeholders.

**Key responsibilities**
- Ensure a high level of data entry accuracy with regards to customer data
- Monitor service data and alarm notifications and action as required via internal stakeholders
- Prepare reports for management and customers
- Generate and plan work orders for service call outs as required
- Ensure equipment/products are available and ready for installations, repairs and replacements
- Ensuring repairs and replacements are completed in a timely manner to minimize downtime
- Provide administration support to operations and scheduling teams
- Demonstrate commitment to the continual improvement processes by providing suggestions for improvements and participate in the review processes to assist the branch with meeting growth objectives, targets and KPI’s.
- Provide customer support eg arrange technician inductions
- Assist in other areas of the business as required

**What we're looking for**:

- High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail
- High level of organisation
- Strong computer skills including the use of Microsoft packages in particular excel along with the ability to quickly adapt to new software
- Experienced in general office administration and data processing
- A passion for data and generating reports
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- A commitment to delivering a high level of support and customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Ability to work in a team environment in order to meet relevant branch/team performance targets and KPI’s.
