**About the Opportunity**

We are seeking an experienced
**Medical Administrator** to join our Radiologist Support Team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about patient care, administration and customer service, and looking to further their skills through providing quality control and support to a team of radiologists.

This role will be based at our Sydney Head Office which is located right in the centre of the Sydney CBD near QVB.

Looking after both the Administration and Customer Service as well as Quality Control you will
- Manage worklists to ensure KPIs are met
- Provide ad-hoc support to our radiologists
- Provide support to our practices with overflow appointment bookings and any other assistance required
- Provide support to clients to ensure service KPIs are met
- Connect radiologists with referring doctors
- Manage PACs system
- Work alongside the radiologists in ensuring reports are dictated efficiently and accurately
- Proof read, review, audit and edit typed reports

**About you**

Alongside your passion for excellent customer service and organisational skills, you also have:

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience using medical software, in particular any radiology information system (RIS). Previous experience using Comrad or PACs would be highly regarded
- Competent in medical terminology and medical radiology
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Highly organized and able to multitask
- Flexibility with hours
- High level of attention to detail
- Team player
