Located in the Perth CBD, as the Commercial Coordinator, you will be required to support a team of Contract Mangers, Contract Specialist, and the Team Leader, with several key, day to day contract administration duties. You will increase value by improving safety, service, quality, and compliance outcomes whilst reducing risk and costs across a portfolio of contracts and delivery of contract management governance.

Our Local Government organisation, who offers 24/7 essential services to the state, is currently looking for Commercial Coordinator for their Perth Head Office on an initial 6-months contract.

As the Commercial Coordinator, you will be required to support a team of Contract Mangers, Contract Specialist, and the Team Leader, with several key, day to day contract administration duties. You will increase value by improving safety, service, quality, and compliance outcomes whilst reducing risk and costs across a portfolio of contracts and delivery of contract management governance. Your administration duties will include:

- Reviewing, reconciling, and approval of contractor invoices
- Creatiing, regular updating, and management of contract management plans and registers, including issuing of contractor notifications
- Building relationship with internal and external stakeholders
- Administration requirements for all variations to existing contracts, transition and start-up of new contracts

**About You**
- Demonstrated contract administration, governance, and document management skills
- Experience in establishing and managing supplier relationships
- Good communication, with demonstrated problem solving skills
- Minimum of 2 years' experience and knowledge, in sourcing and contract management governance and documentation support services

**Desirable**
- Experience in Ariba system
