**Cluster Commercial Coordinator**

DoubleTree by Hilton Perth (Northbridge + Waterfront)

**What is the role?**

As our Cluster Commercial Coordinator, you will assist our key business partners and champion commercial awareness within the hotel. You will assist administrating and coordinating commercial strategy with a particular emphasis on revenue, and will support your team to deliver on our mission to be the most hospitable company in the world. Please note that this role is part-time and shared across our two Perth properties. Specifically, you will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:

- Support the Cluster Commercial Team to achieve and surpass their annual revenue targets
- Create and interpret reports, working closely with your team and the relevant Hotel Managers
- Work diligently with numbers and show strong comprehension of the sales environment
- Monitor competitive hotel sales strategies and promotions, and communicate this information with your team
- Utilise Delphi software, entering pertinent information on a regular basis
- Participate in daily sales meetings with your team
- Partake in hotel promotional activities

**Who are we seeking?**
- Effective and efficient in a commercial space, presenting sound judgement
- Previous experience with commercial reporting and assistance
- Strong organization and administration skills, showing initiative and diligence
- Positive attitude and advanced communication skills, promoting strong relationship management
- High level of IT skills, with proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
- Excellent grooming standards
