Client Services Officer

**In** **this team you’ll**:
- Co-ordinate referrals for pre-employment assessments from our customers and liaise with internal Konekt Offices and external medical centers to schedule in our clients based on availability in the clients local area
- Handle a mixture of inbound/outbound calls, confidentially logging client details into our systems
- Use a range of systems to locate and provide accurate information to both internal departments and to clients; and
- Professionalism dealing with medical centers
**Your weekends, are yours**
This is a full-time role, working across a rotating roster from Monday to Friday, with hours between 8am and 6pm. We can work with you to plan hours that suit your needs.
**What we’re looking for**
Call center experience is not essential. In fact, we sometimes find that experience in other types of work like retail, sales, hospitality and corporate roles develops skills and life experience that is highly suited to this role.
To be successful, you should have:
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Experience in co-ordination and administrative duties
- A high level of attention to detail and resourcefulness
- Be able to work at pace with competing priorities
- Professionalism dealing with medical centers
- Strong multitasking abilities
