**Job Description**:
Our established Geoscience and Remediation Services (GRS) group is looking for a Principal level consultant with a strong Environmental background to join our well-established team in Perth. As part of this role, you will work with a team of environmental engineers, scientists and hydrogeologists, providing contaminated land assessment and remediation consulting on a wide range of projects, including large international oil and gas, mining and public sector clients across WA and further afield. You will manage and contribute to contamination assessments and remediation projects of varying size and complexity. This role will see you communicating with clients, preparing reports, leading field work teams, liaising with subcontractors, preparing tenders and promoting innovative solutions for your clients. You could be working on: Contaminated site investigationsRemedial and site management planningRemediation, surveillance and validation worksWaste classification and beneficial reuse assessmentsAs a highly experienced member of our team, you will provide guidance and mentoring to our upcoming professionals, whilst leading and delivering a range of programs designed to provide progressive project solutions for our clients.

**Qualifications**:
**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**: Significant, relevant industry experience, preferably working within a consulting environmentDemonstrated experience in contaminated land management and environmental site assessmentsExperience in managing complex projectsExperience in upstream and downstream oil and gas projects - desirableYou will pride yourself on your ability to provide high quality interpretive and technical reporting and will be confident around the engagement and management of subcontractors. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: A relevant University Degree in either science, geology, hydrogeology, chemistry, environmental or related engineeringExperience using ESdat, gINT, ArcGIS, GWSDATCurrent C-Class Drivers Licence (manual preferred)Four-wheel drive training and other relevant industry inductions Defence Security Clearance (preferred)
