About the company:
You will be working in a fast-growing company specialising in custom made and ready to purchase lighting based in Melbourne’s south east, offering a welcoming culture and free parking on-site.
This role requires someone to work from the office full time, however school pick up and drop off can be accomodated to.
About the role:
You will be the first point of contact for all customer enquiries, as well as providing administrative assistance to the sales team.
Your roles and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Administrative duties such as entering sales orders in MYOB, invoicing, online retail sales and logistics, stock management and ADHOC duties
- Providing excellent customer service at all times
About you:
- 1+ years in a customer facing/reception/sales admin role
- Proven experience in delivering a superior level of customer service including managing customer conversations in a positive and professional manner
- Excellent presentation, communication and problem-solving skills
- Invoicing / stock management experience
- Ability to work from the office full time
