Technical Support Specialist

Our client is heading into it's another successful year of growth and innovation. An international IT software leader providing business platform, mobile device solutions and have a diverse portfolio of clients and businesses in APAC, US, and Europe.
You may be required working on a rotating schedule of different shifts. Permanent full-time position with hybrid work arrangement (3 days from home & 2 days from office) working from Monday to Friday.
**Principal and Essential Duties & Responsibilities**
- Provide technical support, follow up on support cases
- Investigate issues reported by customers and communicate with internal product development teams to resolve product issues.
- Able to plan, prioritize and organize workload, consistently working within service standards and agreed objectives.
- Endeavor to respond to all customer requests in a timely manner while improving customer experience
- Some travel, local and international may be required in a supporting role for events.
- Create and assess tickets and triage process and handle triggered tickets
**Experience Requirements**
- Degree or Diploma in Computer Networking, IT, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- 3 years or more of relevant experience
- Good understanding of the OSI model and computer networking principles
- Knowledge of mobile computing web platforms
- Mobile devise knowledge or experience is desirable
- Full working rights in Australia with no restriction
- Fluent in English
- English - native/ fluent
- Bilingual ability preferable but not mandatory (Tagalog, Vietnamese, Thai, Malay etc. )
