Are you an Admin Officer looking for a start to your career in Health?

The Cardiology Department is looking for an Administration Officer to join their busy and rewarding team within the Division of Medicine Cardiac and Critical Care. The Cardiology Service at Flinders Medical Centre is widely recognised for its commitment to high quality state-of-the-art evidence based practice, linked to a strong academic program which incorporates clinical trials and innovative interventions in clinical cardiology. As the Administration Officer, you will provide administrative, secretarial, and clerical services to Cardiology Department medical and nursing staff and the Operations Manager.

Your **duties** within this role will include:

- Preparation of PowerPoints, reports, teaching, and research material,
- Cardiologists' timetable management, meetings, and scheduling clinics,
- Maintenance of confidential data filing and recording systems.

To be **successful** in this role, you will need:

- Experience in providing a comprehensive and confidential clerical and typing service,
- A typing speed of 70-90 words per minute,
- Demonstrated experience in the Microsoft Office Suite,
- Flexibility and adaptability to cope with changing work requirements.
