- Salary $56,987 - $61,301 p.a. (pro rata) ASO2 | Full Time Until December 2023

As the Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for the provision of administrative support services to the the Medical Emergency Team (MET). You will work closely with the MET Nurse Consultant by supporting quality assurance and review activities mainly through data entry of all Medical Emergency Response Team calls.

Your duties can include:

- Preparing MET forms for data entry and identify discrepancies for MET Nurse Consultant
- Developing and maintaining an efficient office/document filing system, both electronic and manual involving MET data and other information.
- Organising scheduling of meetings and appropriate venues
- Creating and maintaining the supply of MET equipment checklists and booklets

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Proven ability to work without supervision, to manage high volumes of work, to set and meet deadlines, determine priorities and organise activities to provide efficient services
- A sound understanding of medical terminology
- The ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Effective interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to empathise
