Cross River Rail is a new 10.2km rail line including 5.9km of twin tunnels running under the Brisbane River and CBD. It includes the delivery of four new underground stations, two new above-ground stations, accessibility rebuilds for six stations, the construction of three new stations on the Gold Coast, and the introduction of a new world-class 'ETCS' signalling system.
This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to work on one of Australia's largest infrastructure projects and to be a part of something that will leave a lasting legacy for generations to come.
About the Role
As the largest infrastructure project in Queensland, with multiple programs of work underway simultaneously, the Cross River Rail project has complex and detailed reporting requirements to meet the needs of our executive team, the Queensland Government, and our other project stakeholders. The Performance Reporting Coordinator (PRC) supports the delivery of the CRRDA's performance reporting and plays a key role in ensuring it is of high quality, delivered on time and responsive to issues and priorities impacting the project.
The PRC is responsible for managing the flow of information and approvals between business units and decision makers, analysing and collating reports required by governance entities to monitor project performance. The position will also provide secretariat support to some governance entities and associated meetings as required. The position forms part of the Governance & Reporting team and reports to the Senior Performance and Reporting Officer.
This opportunity is offered as a contract until December 2025.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordination and distribution activities for all Program Delivery governance reporting requirements within required timelines, while ensuring accuracy, high quality and integrity.
- Prepare high quality performance reports and dashboards, by integrating, analysing and presenting information, including the identification of emerging trends and issues.
- Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure that performance reporting provides transparent and accurate account of the CRR program's progress, risks, issues and opportunities.
- Provide coordination, secretariat and reporting requirements for several of the Delivery Authority's project and program governance entities, including but not limited to sub-committees, project control boards and working groups.
- Prepare high-quality meeting packs including agendas, briefing notes, papers, minutes and actions, memoranda and submissions.
- Assist with identifying and developing improved governance and reporting processes and procedures within the Delivery Authority.
- Create clear, cohesive and transparent governance records, through well-prepared information, ensuring appropriate records are maintained.

**About You**:

- Proven experience in providing performance reporting to governance entities including the ability to provide analysis, interpretation and commentary on results.
- Understanding and/or experience in corporate governance, including meeting coordination and minute taking, document editing, formatting of external documents to project standards and submission requirements for governance entities.
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to influence stakeholders to achieve outcomes effectively.
- A demonstrated thorough understanding of effective reporting and governance frameworks with a proven ability to identify, develop and implement new and improved procedures and processes.
- Strong organisational, time management and prioritisation skills with the ability to work autonomously with mínimal direction.
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, experience with documentation management sharing tools desirable.
