About You
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, high energy and strategic executive assistant ready to make a significant impact for a leading national not-for-profit organisation. You will play a pivotal part in enhancing the CEO's effectiveness and contribute to organisational success by providing high-level administrative support whilst also providing support for strategic initiatives, facilitating communication, and ensuring seamless coordination for key outcomes.
You will act as a trusted advisor, handling complex tasks, and enabling the CEO to focus on decision-making and leadership responsibilities. You will perform high level, at times confidential tasks for the CEO and other executives as directed to support the efficient achievement of organisational outcomes.
This role will suit an experienced EA with high energy levels, adaptability, integrity, discretion, and attention to detail. You should be a born organiser and communicator, who can juggle multiple tasks simultaneously. You should be able to work in an agile and fast paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office is an inherent requirement This is an extremely rewarding and high impact role requiring a high caliber person.
A tertiary qualification such as a degree or a diploma plus project management experience, would be a distinct advantage, but not essential. Your proven and demonstrated success in similar roles is essential.
