**About the role**:
Join us in delivering the Still Gardening Program You'll be responsible for matching clients with volunteers, fostering strong relationships, and ensuring all policies and procedures are followed. Help us make a difference in our community by promoting health and well-being through gardening

Role accountabilities include:

- Coordinate the Garden Mates program.
- Respond to volunteer enquiries, assess eligibility, undertake volunteer interviews and assist with client reviews.
- Supervise and manage volunteers.

**About you**:
The desired applicant will have a an Advanced Diploma or Tertiary qualification in horticulture or practical experience working a a professional capacity as a gardener as well as sound administrative skills coupled with a good level of computer software proficiency including Word and Excel.
