    Job description:
  • Provide professional and proactive executive support to the Director, Strategic Infrastructure Projects. Provide highlevel administrative and project management support to the Strategic Infrastructure Projects team, including the management of program, financial and administrative information, and correspondence.

Period of Appointment:

2 Years Fixed Term

Hours per fortnight:

73.50 hours per fortnight - flexible options available.

Duties:

Prepare a high standard of written work including briefing notes and correspondence.


Provide high level support to the Director, Strategic Infrastructure Projects and Program Services Manager, including meeting support, diary management, preparation of correspondence and a telephone reception service.


Compile, maintain and provide statistics, reports and administrative documents relevant to the program of work as well as research/compile background information for ministerial briefings.

Maintain and monitor effective communication systems to ensure the timely flow of information to and from the Unit.


Maintain administrative support systems necessary for the efficient and effective processing of financial, staffing and other resource information and material for the Unit.

Maintain an efficient and effective records management system for the Unit using Content Manager.

Coordinate facilities on behalf of the Strategic Infrastructure Projects team including:

  • Ordering of ICT equipment, stationery and general office supplies
  • Organisation of security access for team members and contractors, and
  • Supporting the induction and onboarding of new team members and contractors.
