Our College continues to grow and embraces the Berry Street Education Model as a key strategy in supporting the learning and wellbeing needs of our students. Thomas Carr College is also a leading provider of VCE offshore delivery and opportunities exist for international travel as part of a mentoring role that attracts the generous time and financial allowance.

**The Role**

The position of the Good Samaritan Campus Leader is an important leadership position within the College in supporting the Principal and community to enact the mission and vision of the College. The prime responsibility of the Good Samaritan Campus Leader is to manage this campus and to oversee the Year 8 SHINE Program and Year 9 Country Experience that are both held at the Good Samaritan Campus.

**Salary**

In accordance with the Catholic Education Multi-Enterprise Agreement 2022 (CEMEA), the salary range for all teaching staff is $78,801 - $116,894 as per the Schedule of Salary.

Positions of Leadership are paid an additional POL allowance as listed in the Position Description.
