Dedicated Receptionist Required

Our medium sized hotel is looking for all
- rounder receptionist who is flexible, with strong communication skills and a good work ethic. You will be required to perform as a receptionist and will therefore need the following skills:

- Strong understanding of MS Office
- A confident phone manner
- Excellent customer service with relevant experience
- Clear and concise communication skills
- Accurate record keeping
- An eye for detail
- Ability to proof read documents (i.e. reservation details)
- RSA

The successful applicant will:

- 1 +years in a similar role or hotel receptionist
- Ability to work well under pressure & thrive in a fast-pace work environment
- Highly organized, is able to accomplish tasks without reminders
- Highly motivate and energetic
- Hospitality experience is well regarded but not essential

Job involves in set up continental breakfast on Saturday and Sunday morning, clear up tables and wash breakfast dishes if you work at the weekends.
