**About the Role**

You are the first point of contact for the Human Resources team and our stakeholders, providing exceptional service, administrative support and delivering efficient and informed Human Resources services spanning the entire employee life-cycle for a geographically dispersed workforce across Australia & New Zealand.

Responsibilities include:

- Managing a HR inbox - responding to queries with a proactive and solutions focused approach
- Partnering with Hiring Managers providing strategic sourcing advice and monitoring and managing the recruitment process
- Providing strong recruitment admin support; contract generation, checking working rights, writing job ads, user support and on-boarding assistance
- Assist the HR team to review, improve and develop processes and procedures
- Administrative support to HR systems including LMS, Intranet and record keeping
- Ensure compliance with all relevant HR legislation and guidelines
- Support HR Manager and provide advice to internal stakeholders in areas of; performance management, employment conditions, and other workplace relations

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
