We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Principal, Administration and Planning to join our International Area Management team. This role is located in Australia (Sydney) - HYBRID.

**In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways**:
Independently works on complex tasks related to budget, business plans, risk-related items, regulatory items, communications (presentations/speeches).
Leads project implementation status and provides feedback to senior managers as necessary
Makes recommendations and follow ups on the strategic initiatives/tasks and works with the management team to implement strategic initiatives.
Works with the business or function management team to implement and enforce policies, standards, and processes. Drives planning and administering business-led programs. such as people-related management, global location strategy, meeting management, etc.
Contributes to the achievement of related teams' objectives

10+ years working experience
