**About the Role**

As the **HR Operations Assistant**, you will be assisting the local HR team in employee data management. Projects and general HR activities through working closely with the local and regional HR team, Richemont Maisons and Richemont Regional Functions in Australia. This role is a fixed term contract till end of March 2024.

**In this role**
- You will be responsible for data management ensuring timely updates of all employee records.
- Update SAP and other HRIS in a timely manner
- Complete and maintain a file audit checklist for each employee record
- Assist with ad hoc reporting as required
- You will be responsible for onboarding and off-boarding employees. This will include preparing pre-employment screening link from provider for new hires, prepare employment contracts for new hires, assist in system administration for the off-boarding of employees.
- You will be required to maintain accurate payroll employee records and ensure timely submission of change of details

**About you**
- High attention to detail to ensure precise and accurate data management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders and business partners.
- Fluent in oral and written English
- Adaptable and flexible individual with a pro-active attitude in order to perform efficiently in a fast-paced business environment.

**To be successful**
- Undergraduate degree in HR or related field
- Minimum of 1-2 years of professional HR experience
- Proficiency in MS Office platforms
- Exposure to SAP HRIS systems is highly desirable
