The Commercial Leasing team within Property and Development NSW are looking for an experienced property Leasing Manager to join their team?

The Leasing Manager will assist in the development of the Leasing Strategy and lead the implementation and evaluation of the strategy for an owned asset portfolio that is leased by Government or Private tenants to achieve policy objectives and initiatives by the government.

In particular, the Leasing Manager, Commercial Development will assist the Leasing Director and Senior Manager Commercial Leasing in relation to undertaking the Leasing Function on behalf of the Sydney Olympic Park Authority (SOPA).

The role will include managing complex and sensitive issues while balancing the provision of considered, strategic commercial property advice to key stakeholders and implement measures to mitigate risks and ensure government directives policy and procedures are followed.

**About You**

If you have proven experience in commercial property leasing and asset management services and enjoy working within a fast-paced environment, then this role is for you

You will have sound experience in delivering complex projects and strategies across, capital works, corporate real estate, commercial property, leasing, asset management or a related discipline. You will also have demonstrated financial analysis skills and strong customer relationship management skills.

Tertiary qualifications in a property or related discipline and/or equivalent knowledge, skills and experience.
