The successful
**Leasing Manager** will be responsible for:

- Managing all tenant communications and enquiries
- Scheduling appointments, including arranging and executing inspections, including some after hour and Saturday appointments
- Being based on the site of this BTR development, liaising with Building Manager for tenant move in and out process, as well as for any repairs to individual properties
- Monthly reporting directly into the Head of Property Services

To be successful in the role of
**Leasing Manager** you will have the following:

- Relevant residential property management and Leasing experience
- Ideally a class 2 license (or COR and on your way to getting one)
- Knowledge of Real estate leasing, statutory legislation and WHS requirements
- Demonstrated track record of delivering in a similar position
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Understanding of basic maintenance - ideally within a high-rise environment
- Strong customer service and problem solving skills
- Be comfortable working varied hours including some Saturday hours to meet the need of inspection appointments for prospective tenants
- Hunger and drive to excel and be part of this high performing team
