Are you an experienced professional with a passion for leveraging data to drive business insights and solutions? We are seeking an **Analytics Lead - Network Planning and Property** to join our team and lead the end-to-end development and agile delivery of data and analytical tools, including Power BI dashboards, to support our Group Network Planning and Property projects. This role will also be involved in leading and completing analysis for Network Planning and Property projects as required e.g. deep dive analysis related to store or network performance or market analysis for specific projects.

Your expertise in problem framing and design thinking will be crucial in understanding and addressing the challenges faced by our Property Network team, ensuring the delivery of impactful analytical outputs.

**What you’ll be doing**:
As an **Analytics Lead - Network Planning and Property** working at Kmart group, you will:

- Collaborate with Network Planners, Data & GIS Manager, and the broader Property team to design, build, and scale solutions, coordinating necessary business processes and change management.
- Lead the development of analytical products and tools, including Power BI dashboards, using agile methodologies.
- Work with data engineers to ensure data integrity is upheld, prioritize features, and run meetings with the Network team and data scientists as needed.
- Build strong partnerships with Network/Property teams and the data/analytics team (Bangalore and across the Group) to ensure successful project delivery and plan for future project requirements.
- Translating complex data and research findings into actionable insights that will guide the implementation of effective strategies for optimal network performance
- Complete Network Planning and Property analysis as and when required: i.e closures/transfer assessments, PIRs, deep dive analysis related to project performance, including supporting ANKO Global on market and site assessments.

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- A Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Data Science, Operational Statistics, or a related field.
- 5+ years’ experience in analytics leadership, preferably within the Retail sector.
- Proficiency in geospatial analytics and insight, with experience working with location data, customer behaviour and loyalty.
- Demonstrated ability to work with geosocial and behavioural data.
- Expertise in SQL and Snowflake for managing and analysing large datasets.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex models and data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
