Opportunity for an enthusiastic Talent Acquisition specialist to join the Alstom team in Melbourne

**Key Responsibilities for this Role Include**:

- Work with the business to educate hiring managers on recruitment best practice.
- Develop and nurture relationships with hiring managers to support them through the hiring process and become a trusted advisor.
- Develop recruitment strategies using various sourcing techniques aligned to the requirements of each role.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition approval through to on-boarding.
- Build talent pipelines for key roles.
- Adhering to quality and compliance process

**Qualifications, skills and experience required includes**:

- Team player with a positive, can do attitude.
- Previous recruitment experience - Internal or Agency.
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and process focused.
- Solid IT and System skills (Taleo, Success Factors, PageUp or similar).
