**Why Your Role Matters**:
We're looking for a Coordinator keen to develop a real interest in this area, you'll be joining a close-knit and supportive team who have a passion for the Medicine & Health space and a drive to find top talent. Reporting into the Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant for this area, you will be joining an established Talent Acquisition function with a wealth of knowledge to learn from.

**Responsibilities**:

- Take job briefs, prepare and post engaging job advertisements
- Foster productive and trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Guide hiring managers through the recruitment process
- Prepare reference checks, background checks and offer letters
- Collaborate with the larger HR Unit, including Payroll and Operations

**Who You Are**
- Previous experience in a recruitment environment (within the Medicine & Health sector highly desirable).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A personable approach and proactive attitude, comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
- Experience with PageUp or recruitment systems beneficial but not essential
- A customer focused approach with a history of providing high quality service in a professional environment.
