To be successful in this position you will possess a high level of organisational skills, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders. Strong time management skills and exceptional attention to detail will see you succeed in this position.

**Position Requirements**:

- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships and networks with relevant government agencies, industries, corporations and institutions and negotiate positive placement outcomes for students.
- Source and organise placements, draw-up placement agreements and obtain placement quotes.
- Ability to offer advice to people from a variety of cultural and educational backgrounds, interpret policies and other documents and advise on their impact.
- Demonstrated ability to liaise, advise and negotiate with stakeholders and clients across all levels and attend to difficult and sensitive matters whilst maintaining positive client relationships.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of systems and processes, organisational performance, productivity, flexibility, and effectiveness in achieving quality outcomes for clients.
- Monitoring, assessing, and verifying mandatory pre-placement check requirements, and approving students for placements.
- Monitoring and maintaining student and financial records associated with placements, monitoring expenditure, preparing financial reports, and maintaining documentation to ensure University meets with relevant audit requirements.
- Liaise with industry partners to support the coordination of industry-based student projects and graduate recruitment opportunities.
- Progressive time management skills with the ability to provide accurate and timely advice to all stakeholders on various communication platforms.
- Ability to multi-task, using various university systems and support and work collegially with colleagues across various campuses.

**Desirable**:

- Experience running experiential learning programs.
- Knowledge within construction management.
