We are in search of a Senior Salesforce Developer to join a renowned Australian technology-focused brand. They’re committed to delivering excellence through innovation and a customer-centric approach. 

As their Senior Salesforce Developer you will be part of an experienced team who prioritises teamwork and collaboration. You will help build and expand Salesforce as their main platform, with a strong focus on Service Cloud and various integrations. 

This is a permanent position with hybrid working arrangements of 2-3 days in their Macquarie Park offices. 
  
Your core responsibilities encompass: 

  • Partnering with the Salesforce Technical Lead to deliver solutions in line with their strategic roadmap and help with code reviews.  
  • Continuously developing the Salesforce platform to align with the business objectives.
  • Coding, testing, and deploying Salesforce solutions. 
  • Technical governance and contribution to solution design. 
  • Offering technical guidance and support to administrators and other developers. 
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to formulate scalable technical solutions. 
  • Making meaningful contributions to the evolution of their CX product strategy roadmap. 

Essential technical qualifications: 

  • Extensive expertise in Salesforce programming across Apex, LWC, Aura components and Flows.
  • Service Cloud experience is mandatory. Ideally you have worked across all aspects of case management and knowledge base across multiple projects.
  • Strong integration experience with Composite and REST APIs and platform events  
  • A robust track record in technically shaping, coding, testing, implementing, debugging, and sustaining Salesforce integrations and applications. 
  • Familiarity with CI/CD-based deployment, employing tools such as GitHub 
  • Demonstrated achievements in shepherding Salesforce development endeavours from ideation to operational deployment. 
  • Excellent stakeholder management and engagement skills are a must. You will collaborate with various teams, and you will actively participate in different meetings.
