**ServiceNow Integration Analyst**

***Temporary full-time position until 30**th** June 2024**

**DCS Grade 07/08**

The Department of Customer Service (DCS) is a service provider, regulator and central agency of government. DCS is undertaking an ambitious digital transformation of government services, underpinned by its Digital Government Strategy.

**About the Role**

Oversees the implementation/integration services within ServiceNow to facilitate the delivery, quality assurance and governance of projects and programs delivered using ServiceNow.

**Accountabilities will include**:

- Undertake comprehensive analysis of changes and/or new initiatives and develop implementation/integration plans to support the smooth delivery of new and rapid business initiatives, campaigns and improvements to the Organisation and other relevant agency stakeholders.
- Maintain currency with new and best practice project/implementation methodologies to analyse, scope and test against business requirements and support optimal service delivery outcomes.
- Undertake analysis of business changes in order to assess impacts of change, identify risks, and tailor implementation plans that consider these impacts.
- Collaborate with team members to understand, identify and incorporate improvements, new business initiatives and new technologies on to the business unit.
- Maintain and update all required project administration and documentation in line with established project reporting protocols and provide consolidated information to key stakeholders for advice and decision making.
- Maintain an understanding of the business, challenges, and objectives to ensure implementation/integration plans are integrated effectively into the organisation’s programs.
- Maintain awareness of relevant issues, policy obligations, insights, challenges industry trends and practices and opportunities to recommend innovative solutions that optimise outcomes and contribute to a best practice governance function in line with organisational and government priorities.
- Help with logístical support and communications for ongoing programs, projects and operational reporting.

**About you**

To be successful in this role you will have:

- At least 12 months of experience working with various ServiceNow Products.
- Good understanding of the ServiceNow products like ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD

- Competitive salary range $ 101,947 - $112,849 pa + super, commensurate with experience plus access to salary packaging. Don’t forget 17.5% leave loading
