Our Digital Technoliogy Office are on the lookout for a Business Performance Lead who will support:

- Financial Management
- Performance Metric Reporting
- Workforce Management
- Cost Optimisation
- Process Simplification

**This includes**:

- Lead financial management activities against targets including forecasting, budgeting, actual analysis
- Fully understand cost and capitalisation composition
- Manage commercial partners and set financial management expectation.
- Lead Annual Operating Plan and quarterly forecasting process.
- Complete Performance metric report embedding OKR and baseline
- Provide practical insights
- Ongoing review of business process improvement and simplification
- Investigate commercial contract, cloud consumption and workforce strategy to lead cost optimisation initiatives
- Coordinate workforce model ensuring accuracy and up to date for effective staffing strategies
- Produce workforce plan that prioritises resourcing in accordance with our Workforce Strategy

**Your skills to pay the bills**:

- Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in IT, Engineering, Finance, Business or Marketing Certificate
- Experience creating simple process mapping and work instructions documentation.
- Experience in workforce management
- Proven ability in financial management and or related field
- Experience in vendor management
- Experience in Document management
- Process analytics and problem-solving experience
- Excellent communication skills, a hard-working and positive approach to all aspects of their role
- Influence without authority
- MS-Office skills: Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- High attention to detail, ensures accuracy of information incorporated into budget / forecast
- Experience on how to use vendor and management system such as Ariba
- Proven analytical and critical thinking capability
- Proficient in developing dashboards to visually reflect data trends and findings to clearly articulate the message and convey relevant insights for the intended audience.
- Understands agile delivery principles
- Ability to synthesise large data sets to provide succinct and concise analysis to help make inform decision
- Advance Collaboration and Facilitation skills
