We have multiple exciting opportunities to join our Banking partner - Customer Care Representative team anywhere from Australia preferably Sydney and Melbourne. The purpose of this role is to provide Customer Service excellence in a multi-channel contact centre environment.

This role will require passionate, empathetic individuals who are keen to problem solve and are curious to find solutions for our customers. Leveraging digital channels to deliver outcomes that exceed customer expectations and ensuring KPIs are met in a way that aligns with banking client.

You will be a part of a super collaborative team, who work hard, but love to have fun along the way This could be the first step of your career in banking

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: $250.00 - $280.00 per day
