**What you'll be doing**
As an essential member of our team at DHL, you'll overcome daily logístical challenges to ensure warehouse operations run smoothly. In a fast-paced environment, where every day is different, you will have the autonomy to make decisions, continually grow professionally, and use your talents to lead a committed team to greatness. Your duties and responsibilities will include, but wont be limited to:

- Lead, motivate and empower employees through effective & open communication, excellent leadership, regular performance feedback and team building in order to maximise customer and employee satisfaction
- Establish a customer focused culture by implementing and managing initiatives and tools that aim to achieve customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention
- Guide the activities of coordinators to ensure customer success and achieve overall objectives
- Be responsible for providing a safe working environment free of hazards by completing daily site/department inspections and implementing preventative and corrective actions
- Maintain and build on effective relationships with customers

**We're keen to hear from people who have**
- Supervisory experience gained from with a warehouse environment - previous 3PL experience will be held in high regard
- Experienced in building and maintaining Customer Relationships
- Knowledge and use of a WMS System
- A continuous improvement mindset
- A passion for health & safety - the safety of our employees is of paramount importance
- High level planning and organisational skills to ensure operation excellence
