Job Summary

As a key member of the Branch Operational Team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the team has the necessary resources to perform daily activities. This includes providing operational reports to the Supervisor and Operations Manager, as well as supporting customers at the front counter with queries and freight solutions duties.

Main Responsibilities

Provide operational support to the Branch Operational Team, including managing customer depot collections and drop-offs
Assist the AM & PM supervisors when needed, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations
Support under-roof operational activities, including loading/unloading and PUD
Manage customer freight, compliance, training, billing, reporting, and DIFOT for the Newmont – Cadia Mine site
