We are seeking a highly motivated **Operations Supervisor** to join our growing team in **Hoxton Park**. The role will be responsible for overseeing and optimising daily operations to achieve organisational objectives and deliver exceptional client satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Direct, monitor, and manage supervisors and team leaders to ensure efficient operations and skill development
- Meet financial targets and adhere to ISO 9002 accreditation commitment
- Employ and administer qualified staff in accordance with company policies
- Implement and maintain Schenker WH&S policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with operational procedures and recommend necessary changes
- Establish and maintain operational standards
- Maintain knowledge of contracted deliverable requirements and ensure the security of customer inventory and property
- Develop and implement strategies to support products, reduce costs, and increase profitable revenue
- 3-5 years of experience in the Freight Forwarding/Logistics industry
- Strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Knowledge of logistics operations requirements
- Proficiency in specific Warehouse Management Systems
- Computer skills, including proficiency in MS Word and Excel
- Good awareness of WH&S requirements
- Familiarity with current logistics systems and materials handling equipment/providers
- Excellent communication skills, highly service-oriented
