We are in an exciting growth phase, and as a result we are seeking an Assistive Technology specialist with a Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy clinical background, to join the team in a permanent capacity. Working with children and adults with disabilities, as well as people within the aged care sector who require assistive technology, you will support the team in the prescription of technologies to assist people to thrive within the community.

**What’s the role?**
- Conducting assessments, plan and implement AT solutions for customers
- Providing ongoing education, training and support for staff, families, carers and health care professionals, on the utilisation of prescribed assistive technologies as well as emerging technologies
- Maintaining customer records and ensuring adequate and effective service delivery across the allied health team
- Keeping abreast of legislative requirements and regulations around AT and funding principles and sharing your knowledge with the transdisciplinary team of therapists

**What’s required?**
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy
- Current AHPRA registration
- Significant clinical experience including a minimum of 5 years specialist assistive technology experience within the health, disability or aged care sector
- Experience working with both children and adults would be highly advantageous
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills teamed with the ability to work autonomously
- A high level of motivation and a flexible, can-do attitude, with a strong focus on customer outcomes
