We are currently looking for a
Data Analyst for our
IT team. This is a permanent, fulltime opportunity based in our Bentley office.

Position Overview


Reporting to the Senior Manager ICT and working closely with the Manager Finance & Reporting, you will be responsible for the infrastructure, as well as the development and management of data analysis and reporting across the business.

The purpose of this role is to deliver business insights, contributing to the achievement of various business objectives. You will use your data analysis and IT skills to elevate Therapy Focus reporting & forecasting capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain data models and sets, across all business systems, for the purpose of both retrospective and predictive analytics.
  • Assist in the establishment and maintenance of all reporting infrastructure (eg. Data warehouses/lakes) and software tools.
  • Develop reporting artifacts, utilising industry best practices for their design, documentation and testing.
  • Develop and document key business formulas, ensuring the consistent use across all platforms.
  • Initiating delivery workshops with key stakeholders, whereby you will accurately capture business requirements and make proactive delivery recommendations.
  • Ability to communicate complex statistical information into easily understood business language across all stakeholder groups and levels.

What's required?

  • A Tertiary qualification if Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Technology or Finance
  • 3+ years' experience preparing analysis and reporting from large data sources, ideally CRM systems, ERP and HRiS systems
  • Experience in data oriented coding e.g. Excel, Python, SQL
  • Experience in the concepts of Data Lakes and Data Warehouses
  • Advanced Power BI experience, across multiple source systems
  • Demonstrable experience across the Microsoft Technology Stack including Dynamics 365 SharePoint Online, Azure SQL etc
  • Data visualization skills ability to combine data result sets from multiple systems to provide insightful analysis
  • Ability to maintain and recommend improvement opportunities for existing reports and dashboards
  • A passion for data quality, including the cleaning of raw data and implementation of balancing techniques to ensure data reliability
  • Exposure to process improvement or project management methodologies is highly desirable
