As a **Resource Planner,** you will be managing the forward planning process to minimise late shift and roster changes that inflate operational costs. You will analyse the operational and staffing impacts for the roster in relation to workload demand requirements. In addition, you will identify and decide actions to be taken in relation to operations and staffing impacts within the given budgeting parameters. Working closely with your key stakeholders, you will consider and implement risk management options to support coverage requirements where required.
**You’ll have -**
- High level of experience in business partnering and providing effective solutions to key stakeholders.
- Experience in resource allocation/planning/coordinating functions within an appropriate industry environment.
- Proficiency using GroundStar planning and rostering systems (advantageous)
- Highly developed problem solving, analytical, planning, organisational skillsets with excellent decision-making skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively and solve problems under day-to-day operational pressures and to take accountability for their work to ensure business and financial objectives are met
- High level of computer literacy skills
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of Company Policy, Awards/EBAs and airport operations procedures
- Ability to model, influence and encourage positive behaviours
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Tertiary qualifications or relevant industry experience in a finance or logistics/planning field.
