About the Opportunity
We are seeking a People & Culture Administrator to join our team on a maximum term, full-time basis to February 2025.
We are a highly driven and supportive team that is passionate about our people and providing quality, employee-centric HR services. To further support the People & Culture team and wider organisation, we have an opportunity for a driven People & Culture Administrator who has previous administration experience and who is currently completing or just completed a HR qualification, to join our team.
The purpose of this role is to support the People & Culture team in the delivery of a range of generalist HR administration activities and providing a quality support to the team. The role is responsible for supporting recruitment and on-boarding, including phone screening, arranging interviews, and preparing contracts along with being responsible for the HR Administration function.
Key Responsibilities
- Support with the recruitment lifecycle from advertising through to onboarding.
- Support with entry and exit interviews and reporting on outcomes.
- Setting up new users and assigning workflows for the onboarding process.
- Review and update e-Learning modules on key policies, procedures and other training, as required in the People Toolbox system.
- Undertake HR administration, including but not limited to preparing contracts and addendums.
- Complete HR administrative activities efficiently while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Assist with People & Culture Team projects and initiatives, as required.
- Supporting with the CCIWA staff wellbeing initiatives.
About you
Success in this role will come from your ability to effectively support the People & Culture team with HR administration by having an understanding of the employee lifecycle and providing exceptional customer service. Interpersonal and communication skills will be important and as well collaborating with a high performing team.
To be considered for this role, you will possess:
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related field or working towards the completion of this.
- Prior experience working in a similar role is desirable.
- Police Clearance.
- Drivers Licence.
