Overview:

Key point of contact on digital technology, websites (e.g., GoHerbalife), technical enhancements and resolutions

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Person-In-Charge with internal stakeholders, external vendors, to ensure a seamless technology tools and functionalities

ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS:
Interacts with all levels throughout the organization as well as with Members at all levels and customers when necessary.

DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES: List the expectations for each job responsibility including quality and quantity standards to which the incumbent is required to perform and receive a rating for during the Performance Appraisal.
- Review and resolve technological issues with business departments, regional, and home office GTS, payment getaway companies and other third-party supporting vendors, and Members

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: The following are the minimum qualifications which an individual needs in order to successfully perform the duties and responsibilities of this position.

Skills/Education/Experience:

- Prior experience in Customer Service Centre preferred, not a must
- Degree in IT, Marketing or Mass Communications with IT Minor
- Excellent interpersonal skills in a high people-contact position, both internally and externally.
- Flexibility in performing efficiently in a fast-paced work environment
- Great listener and customers oriented
- Learning agility
- Professional and reflect the Herbalife Nutrition Brand
