We've raised multiple rounds of capital from top Silicon Valley and Australian VCs. We've grown rapidly, operate in three Australian capital cities and have plans to expand further around Australia and into other global markets.
**About the role**
The Onboarding & Integration Lead focuses on the management and support of our key PMaaS accounts including the onboarding of rent roll data, systems, processes, and personnel required to ensure a successful integration.
This position serves as the primary liaison between Growth and Product Development Teams, as well as works with the Agency customer for all onboarding support and training needs.
**Responsibilities**
- Conducting Health checks on potential PM agency partner prospects
- Provide detailed reporting to the partner and key stakeholders at : Different of the health check outcome
- Collect vital information about the PM agency partner through a variety of methods to ascertain serviceability
- Analyse and interpret data to unearth weaknesses and problems, and comprehend the causes
- Identify the workstreams and deliverables required to successfully onboard PM agencies at scale
- Define, document, and implement processes for transition / integration in consultation with the PM agency partner and relevant Operations teams, including the activity required to be undertaken at each phase
- Oversee the integration and onboarding of properties from PM agency partners
- In consultation with the National Training Manager, successfully integrate and onboard staff from PM agency partners
- Support the National Training Manager organise, plan, and present various forms of onboarding, orientation, and skills training for PM agency partner staff integrating to : Different
- Create a training & communication plan to support a smooth onboarding experience for the PM agency partners, owners and tenants
- Work closely with the account manager post onboarding to support any ongoing training needs
- Support the implementation of performance reporting of the operational efficiency of the PM agency
- Identify, document, and communicate opportunities and their potential improvements related to processes, technology and people to enable : Different to provide better outcomes to customers
- Reporting to Head of Operations - Integration & Enablement and/or other leaders in the business about team KPIs and/or status related to effectiveness or efficiency
- Displaying and leading by example the : Different values
- Collaborating with other operations ‘Team leads' and ‘Heads' to foster a cohesive working environment
- Ability to establish and maintain effective inter-departmental working relationships across : Different
- Conscious effort to escalate and/ or resolve business continuity risk when observed

**Who you are**
- Extensive property management or real estate business / consulting experience.
- Have lead teams, especially through growth periods.
- Excel in leadership and change management support.
- Show a demonstrated ability in being able to deliver a great employee and customer activation and integration experience.
