**YOUR OPPORTUNITY**
Our business is going through significant growth and we looking for an Internal Account Representative to join our team.
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery of excellent customer service aligned with our company's values. You will manage the day-to-day requirements of internal sales support, focusing on driving sales and service excellence. This role requires a customer-focused mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage escalations effectively.
Your key responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Deliver outstanding customer service in line with our "Customer First" philosophy.
- Manage the day-to-day requirements of internal sales support to drive sales and service.
- Ensure exceptional service delivery to our customers, exceeding their expectations.
- Take charge of managing escalations and work towards meeting branch KPIs.
- Primarily internally based, dedicated to servicing new and existing accounts to achieve maximum sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve sales and trading margin growth, developing strategies to continually improve customer service levels.
To be successful, you will have:
- Be safety minded and promote all things safety within our branch
- Attention to detail and focus on completion of allocated tasks
- Ability to multi-task as necessary during busier periods
- Proven experience in customer service and sales support roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage and resolve customer escalations effectively.
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales and service targets
- Experience with industrial products such as lifting and rigging, trade products is preferred but not essential
