An exciting opportunity is available to join ANZ’s internal creative studio team as an Account Service Manager. As an Account Service Manager at ANZ's creative studio, you'll be involved in project managing briefs, planning, budget implementation, and financial management. You'll manage internal and external relationships, gaining a thorough understanding of clients' businesses and product/service offerings.
**Role Location**: Melbourne, VIC
**Role type**: Permanent, full time
What will your day look like?
Input into strategic planning (supported by GM as necessary).
Working closely with local and remote resource to execute project requirements.
Creative quality control, checking and proofing.
Booking and managing resource requirements.
Supplier management (printers, 3rd party suppliers etc).
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Excellent organisational skills with 6+ years ideally in a creative agency project-management role.
Experience with project management software (we use WFM) and understanding of basic accounting processes.
Self-motivated and proactive with superior organisation skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Confidence interacting with people across all departments and levels of the organization both internally and externally.
Experience in juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
In marketing services environment and/or ad trafficking and campaign management.
