As part of the Clinical Services Business Unit, you will contribute to the majority of the company’s revenue by providing essential Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) and rapid response services.

**Role Purpose**:
The First Nations Counsellor role provides high-quality EAP services, including professional, confidential counselling and coaching, to first nations employees and their families. The role also involves offering rapid response services as needed and collaborating with client organisations to promote wellness, performance, and organizational health.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver EAP counselling/coaching services and rapid response support.
- Manage a caseload to achieve 30 billable hours weekly, maintaining compliance with service standards.
- Provide short-term, solution-focused interventions via phone or face-to-face.
- Ensure privacy and confidentiality protocols are strictly followed.
- Identify trends and report insights to the Client Relationship Managers for further recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Experience in EAP, counselling, or coaching, with expertise in early intervention and organizational health.
- Degree qualifications in allied health (psychology, social work, counselling) and registration with AHPRA, AASW, ACA, or PACFA.
- Demonstrated experience in handling workplace stressors and promoting wellness.
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage priorities independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Access to a reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
- Willingness to travel to client locations when necessary.

Immediate Start

Pay: $95,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Counselling: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- AHPRA, AASW, ACA, or PACFA registration (required)
