**About our Client**

Highly regarded and longstanding Sales Rep within this standout full-service agency, based in thriving inner-city location. This agency offers premium sales and property management services to its longstanding and loyal clients, as well as an envious work environment in which to grow your Real Estate career.**About The Role**:
This is a pivotal role working behind the scenes and in unison with one of the agencies top performing reps from pre-listing to settlement and everything in between.
- A fast paced environment that will require you to deliver “A” game services across a broad range of duties. Most importantly is your capacity to be one-step ahead of the game and confidently manage your agent and their schedule.
- Duties will include;- Liaising with Vendors and Buyers
- Diary management - scheduling appraisals, home opens, call backs
- Manage sales contracts from offer to settlement
- Marketing - both listed properties and the agent themselves via online activities and social media
- Property research and prep for listing and appraisal appointments
- Preparing prospecting lists for agent
- Database management and ensuring clean precise data is up to date and accurate
- Processing contracts
- Mail outs - marketing new properties etc...

**Skills and Experience**
- A minimum of 1 - 2 years-experience in residential Real Estate sales industry
- Strong organisational and administration skills with capacity to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Confident with technology
- Highly competent with Microsoft suite of programs
- Self-motivated, personable and confident
- Articulate with well presentation in-line with this high-end brand
- Can work well under pressure and still maintain your sense of humour
- WA Sales Registration is ideal, or willingness to obtain
- Valid WA drivers license
