**Administration Officer**

**About you -**

We are currently looking for experienced values-driven and proactive Administration Officer to support our team of workers in Head Office achieving efficient day-to-day running of the business within a client centred service environment.

**To be successful in this role, you will need**:

- Experience as an office administrator, office assistant or other similar role or willingness to enroll in suitable studies.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite
- Ability to work as part of a team and maintain good working relationships.
- Familiarity with office management procedures
- Knowledge of continuous quality improvement principles
- A current First Aid & CPR Certificate, Working with Children Check, NDIS clearance
- Current Australian driver’s licence
- Working with various cultures and abilities (preferred)

**Main duties and responsibilities**:

- Referring incoming calls to the relevant person
- Acting on all enquiries promptly and efficiently.
- Assist in booking, preparing, and setting up training, meeting rooms and group events.
- Diary management and arranging appointments.
- Management of office equipment.
- Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
- Maintain participant and worker compliance.
- Maintain business registers.
- Assist colleagues whenever needed.
- Manage social media accounts.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills and the ability to remain calm
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and able to multi-task.
- Professional phone manner.
- A self-starter and ability to work independently.
- Strong time management and ability to prioritise.
- Self-motivated and trustworthy.
- Outstanding interpersonal abilities.
- A thorough and systematic approach to your work.
- Ability to speak English fluently.
- Ability to work with different cultures, genders, ages and ability levels
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Ability to complete required documentation
- Strong time management and prioritization ability.
- Reliable and punctual with dedicated professionalism to job and duties.
- Exhibit initiative, responsibility, and flexibility.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $42,760.00 - $72,688.15 per year
