**ABOUT THE ROLE**
- Cater for large numbers of staff including the preparation, cooking and presentation of cold and hot menu items
- Plan weekly and ad hoc menus
- Place orders for food supplied based on menu items selected
- Receive and verify food deliveries against invoices
- Ensure the cleanliness of the kitchen including washing up, emptying bins and the cleaning of cooking equipment and work stations
- Maintain food stocks while ensuring quantity, quality and health standards are met
- Ensure a healthy supply of snack foods, tea, coffee and condiments are readily available
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Good digital literacy and be comfortable with using technology

**ABOUT YOU**

To be successful in this position you'll be passionate about doing a superb job and working with a great crew. You’ll also bring:

- Proven experience in hospitality (food preparation & cooking)
- Able to work from 7.30AM - 2PM on week days
- Current Australian Drivers Licence
- Formal Food Safety Training (essential)
- Formal Hospitality Training (Preferred or equivalent demonstrated skills and experience)
- Barista Training (Preferred but not essential)
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
