Site Administrator role, Gatton Location, 6-month temp contract, $40 per hour

Leading organisation working on a security project in Gatton. They are seeking a Site Administrator to join their dynamic and fast paced team on a temporary basis.

**Your new role**

You will provide clerical and administrative assistance to the site office including:

- Preparation of correspondence, reports and presentation material, and attending to matters requiring attention or referring them to the appropriate authority in the absence of the allocated Manager
- Coordinating meetings and undertaking associated tasking such as: organising & collating reports, room setup, preparing and distributing agendas and production and tracking of minutes/actions.
- Maintaining Work and Health Safety registers of staff and sub-contractors on site
- Receipt, recording, and distribution of asset data
- Collection and distribution of internal and external mail
- Corporate credit card reconciliation
- Establishing and maintaining effective information filing and tracking of data
- Receipt of visitors and organising catering for meetings as required
- Work closely with Project Contracts Administrator to obtain and manage subcontractor records for training, competencies, and other documentation as required.
- Management and coordinate stocktake of project stock in warehouse

**What you’ll need to succeed**

To be successful in this role, you will have a strong administrative background. Background in construction or warehousing will be highly regarded. You will have great organisation skills, an ability to manage conflicting priorities, good initiative, and ability to execute judgement and discretion. You will be required to undertake a police check upon commencement.

**What you’ll get in return**

You’ll be offered an hourly rate of $40 with an immediate start for this 6-month temporary contract. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills while being an integral part of a busy and thriving project.
