**The role**

Exciting opportunity for a passionate, motivated and experienced Delivery Coordinator to join our fantastic team in Brendale.
- Register the camper trailer in QLD prior to delivery
- Organisation of trailer plates from QLD transport.
- Processing of all paperwork related to the registration and delivery of camper trailers
- Facilitate the timely delivery and handover of camper trailers to customers
- Coordinate with the sales team to provide a great customer experience throughout the customer journey
- Liaising with the sales team and customer to ensure smooth handovers
- Complete the Customer Satisfaction Survey by contacting the customers after delivery
- Assist the admin team where required

**About You**
- Experienced in the Automotive industry or in Customer Service
- Experienced in handling delivery and registration of vehicles
- Loves working in a dynamic retail environment and appreciates the challenges
- Well-developed interpersonal communication skills, plus outstanding problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to follow processes and ensure accuracy
- Organised and structured in day-to-day activities
- Highly proficient computer skills
