**About this role **

This role is responsible for project administration, including:

- Administration and coordination of all international orders and shipments.
- Coordination of shipments and documentation with international stakeholders
- Collating all documentation and advising on process/ delays and ETA into our CRM (Salesforce)
- Scheduling staff to complete project tasks (international and domestic).
- Follow up with internal and external stakeholders to ensure tasks have been completed and all documentation is in place.
- Raise Purchase orders for Capital Equipment and Machinery Spare Parts.
- Liaise with clients to schedule project tasks and answer any client queries.
- Liaise with shipping providers regarding quotes, dates, shipments, and logístical questions.
- Keep the company’s CRM up to date with information related to clients and projects.
- Follow up payments to ensure projects are on track
- Place hardware and software orders needed to complete projects based on the information you’ve provided.

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- Excellent administration skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to successfully coordinate the delivery of tasks by multiple people.
- Very good customer service skills.
- Ability to follow a process and use the tools that support the process.
- Predisposition to exercise initiative. And ask questions.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Good time-management and prioritization skills.
- Willingness to take ownership of a role and make it their own.
- Experience in international freight and currency is a benefit but not essential.If you are a motivated, switched-on individual who’s looking to grow and develop their administration skills, particularly in the area of project coordination and management then this is the role for you

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

**Experience**:

- Customer Service : 2 years (required)
- Project management: 2 years (required)
